Beo began by bringing people together. We wanted to create a community where you can fill your cup to the brim. The Well is our new home, a space where we can carve out some much sought after 'me-time', a space to put yourself first.
Refill at the well is our very first series of community events. A place to slow down, connect with like minded people, fill up our cup and come back into alignment with time for YOU!
We invite you to join us with a Morning Yoga Class in our dedicated studio space with weekly classes taking place every Saturday and Sunday morning. You will find us at 71 O'Connell Street, Ennis, Co. Clare.
Classes will be delivered in a peaceful, safe and holistic way combining aspects of cardio, functional and strength training all in one. It can be done at your own pace and it really is for everyone.
A morning stretch followed by coffee...you had me at hello!
PRICE
Tickets are priced at €25 and are FULLY REDEEMABLE to spend in our gift store following the class. Tickets are redeemable on beo branded products only.
DATE & TIME
Please select your preferred date to join our class. Yoga will take place from 9am to 10am.
SUITABILITY
All levels are welcome, no experience necessary! If you have a specific injury, condition or are pregnant please make your instructor aware at the beginning of the class and she can tailor the movements for you.
REFUNDS
Unfortunately tickets are non-refundable. As we have very limited availability transferring your space to a different date is not possible.
PLEASE NOTE
- This is a ticketless event, all you need to register is the name you booked your ticket with.
- Places are limited to ensure an intimate space.
- Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing.
- Yoga mats are provided.
- Yoga instructors are subject to change.
- Tickets are fully redeemable in our gift store only. It will not be possible to redeem in our coffee house.
- Please arrive from 8.45am for registration.
