Sound Baths July 2024
Back by popular demand...we are delighted to share the return of our weekly Sound Baths for summer 2024. The Sound Baths will take place every Wednesday evening in our coastal cottage by the sea on Main Street, Lahinch in Co. Clare.
This is a full-body meditative experience where people in attendance lie down and listen to resonant sounds and are 'bathed' in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks and the human voice.
Please note this is an intimate space and places are limited.
OUR SOUND PRACTITIONER
We welcome Clare based Musician and Sound Practitioner Fiona Guiheen to host our sessions. Fiona creates bespoke meditative acoustic sound journey sessions by using vibrational frequencies from her soothing voice and various instruments to evoke an immersive aural landscape for the listener. Her approach is personal, nurturing and uplifting as she invites participants to just be, to rest, receive and relax. In doing so, you will leave feeling replenished, nourished, renewed and full of joy!
PRICE
Tickets are priced at €30 and are FULLY REDEEMABLE to spend in-store following the session.
DATE & TIME
Please select your preferred date from the list above. The Sound Bath will take place from 7pm to 8pm each Wednesday.
REFUNDS
Unfortunately tickets are non-refundable. As we have very limited availability transferring your space to a different date is not possible.

This is a ticketless event, all you need to register is the name you booked your ticket with.
